What is clay tile roofing?

Tiles crack under foot traffic and falling limbs. The repair walks the roof in a way that does not break more tiles, replaces the broken ones, and checks the flashing at chimneys and walls. If water is getting through and the tiles still look whole, the underlayment is the suspect.
